Latilla and Calavista Announce Strategic Alliance
SILICON VALLEY, California, April 15, 2008 - Latilla LLC and Calavista today announced a
strategic alliance directed at further developing and enhancing Latilla's C4i™ Ops Risk Manager,
and C4i™ Operations Performance Manager. Based in Austin, Texas, Calavista will be providing
on-shore and off-shore development services to Latilla.
According to Loretta Wickenden, CEO of Latilla, "We are extremely pleased that Calavista, a
well established development company with a proven history of high quality results will assist us
in developing our operational risk management products and act as our virtual development
organization. Our relationship with Calavista will ensure that our products are engineered and
